Fat Bottom Brewing Company's "Baroness"
Baroness - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout. Everything about that sounds delicious! This beer that was aged over a year, showcases a blend of cherry, vanilla, oak, and chocolate flavors with a creamy mouthfeel. There are a lot of Barrel aged stouts out there, but not many that demonstrate such a balance of complexity and drinkability. Do yourself a favor, pick up a bottle to enjoy now and a bottle to age.
